Ok thanks for answering my first question it makes it alittle bit easier but now the hard part finding the right tracks to get the chocobuckle at cause as I sit here typing this i'm trying to get it. But the chocobo's don't want to help me out any. Can you remember how you got it and what lv you was at? If you could suggust anything that would be greatful thanks again. Oh and I have gotten my chocobos speed past theio's.

Once again, Vincent Chaos is here to help.

It's best to be under Level 16. I know this is late telling you, and, I'm sorry.
Because I'm sure when you're a higher level, L4 Suicide takes off more. I've not tried doing this over Level 16 as of yet, but, it may still work.

Buy Three Mimett Greens from Choco Billy and make sure you have the Sense Materia. Equip someone with sense and someone else with the Enemy Skill.
Now, run around on Chocobo Tracks (I think near the farm is best) until you encounter a Chocobo.
Use Sense on him, if he's not Level 16 then just kill the other Monsters or run away and keep looking.
If he is, however, use the three Mimett greens on him as fast as you can. Now, get the person with the Enemy Skill Materia to cast L4 Suicide on him, the Chocobo should now cast Chocobuckle on the person that has just casted L4 Suicide.
And that's how you learn it.
