Can any one help me out? Just wordering if you need EXP points to learn your limit break? Because I've allready got the lvl 3 limit break and I have the item Highwind but I'm having trouble equipting it, I am on lvl 99 can't gain no more EXP, is this the reason y or....? Help me out,Thanx.

...I think your game is busted because you just need all the limit breaks from 1-1 to 3-2 and be on the third set of limit breaks for the manual not to be in double dutch for the person.

Its not gained by exp. Just use your limit break alot. You know how you use them so much and you gain the next level. Well it pretty much like that. After every ten or so times using your limit breaks try it again.

No,to be able to learn Final Limits with anybody you have to atleast do the 2 3rd limit break atleast more than 20 times if not more times.Then youll be able to get it,just like getting limits.You get limits by doing them lots of times.For example to get cross slash for cloud I think you need to do BRAVER atleast 10 or 15 times.

Only Cid can learn Highwind, and all you need is his second level 3 limit.
