How do you get Tifa, Red13, and Barret's last limit breaks?

ANSWERS

To get red13's lvl 4 limit break, you need to open the shinra mansion safe and defeat missing number.

Barret's can only be found once the train has either hit north corel, or you were able to stop it.

If you couldn't stop it, talk to the woman standing outside a house. she will give it to you, if you did stop it, she will be inside one of the houses and will still give it to you.

Now... to get tifa's lvl 4 limit break you need to play in the third disk. Go back to nebelhiem. Go to tifa's house with her in your party.

Play that one song from clouds memories on her piano.

Red XIII: beat the Lost Number boss in the Shinra masion.

Barret:Off a girl in North Corel but you can only get this if you save the town earlier on.

Tifa:play the song from Cloud's past on the piano in her house in Nibelheim on disk 3.
