Question for Final Fantasy VII

Can someone please tell me how long it's going to take to to get this gold chocobo? And how much money because this is getting stupid!

I had 1011284 gil and after breeding a good chocobo and a great chocobo, feeding them loads of green to max out their stats and racing them both to S class I've ending up with a mountain chocobo(green) and around 2000 gil left and I aint even half way there to getting a gold chocobo.

And we all no that sage's greens aint cheap. Now ethier I'm doing something very wrong or it's going to take a very, very long time and alot of gil which don't come easy, or does it? Does any one know if there is another way of getting a good amount of gil other than fight monsters?

I might be asking for abit much but can someone answer this as soon as possible and I would like a detailed explaination to my questions because it took me around 65 hours to get all that gil and I don't fancy spending another 65 hours getting all that gil back. The Knights Of The Round Table better be worth it! and get

Ya the kotrt is definitly worth it. I didnt give my chocobos all that many greens before I breed them. So gil isnt reall much of an issue. Just keep breeding your great chocobo and your good chocobo until you get a blue or green chocobo. I recomend saving outside the chocobo ranch so if you don't get the color you want you can just reset and try again. Once you have both the blue and the gold chocobo breed them with a zeio nut. After a couple tries if not the first you should end up with a black chocobo. Breed that black chocobo with your great chocobo with a carob nut and that should get you your golden chocobo. As for the money issue I'm not sure if you can earn gil without fighting. Selling things like leveled up materia is a good way to earn money. A master all is worth like a million gil. For fighting cactaur gives 10,000 gil. Thats alot of fighting to get the gil back. Good luck man.

First, let me assure you that the KOTR Summon is very much worth is, doing no less than 7000 points of damage, to ALL enemies, THIRTEEN TIMES.

Here's a great way to gain gil. In the Northern Cave on the 3rd disc, there should be a swamp-like area. That area contains a creature called Mystery Pot, or something along those lines. He can only be damaged after using an Elixir on him, but all worry about that can leave after doing the Duplicate Item trick. Once defeated, I think they give 8000 EXP and 1000 AP. Now, with this in mind, fight and kill them while having equipped as many All materias as you have. Once those All materias are mastered, sell them...for 1,400,000 gil each.

You're welcome.

Hahahahaha ok your spending way to much

First-catch a great chocobo and a good chocobo. Great girl and good boy

Second-get 4 carob nut (droped by dragons near bone village)

Third-breed the good and the great chocobo with a carob nut to get a blue or green chocobo(good and great only need to be class C)

Forth-get the green and blue to class b buy the cheepest greens and feed them each 99.

Fifth-breeed them with a carob nut to get a black chocobo

Sixth-catch a wonderfull chocobo(on tracks near icicle inn.)

Seventh-get them both to class A not hard since there basic stats are good but still feed them 99 of the cheapest greens each

Eigth-breed them with a zero nut(get from goblin on goblins island) and you now have a gold chocobo

Extra step!!!

Nineth-get 2 gold chocobos one boy and one girl breed them with a zero nut to get a really really great gold chocobo .
