To get the guide book, you have to go to the underwater reactor in junon. Go to the underwater pathway and runaround until you are in a battle with a ship with a skeleton on the front. You have to morph this into the guide book.

Race your wonderful chocobo until a or s class, that should help out. I think you also have to mate them with the zeo nut. It just looks a little brighter than yellow.

Just use the limit level three a bunch of times(about 60) until he gets finishing touch. Use finishing touch a whole bunch of times(about 60), then eventually you can use the item omnislash on him and he will accept it.

Go to the underwater pathway leading to the Underwater Reactor in Juno. There you should happen to fight an enemy called Ghost Ship once in a while. It has 6600 HP. If you Morth it it turns into Guide Book. Talk to the Kalm Traveller and he'll give you the Underwater materia in exchange for it. Underwater materia removes the 20 minute timer from the Emerald WEAPON fight, making the battle much easier.

Sorry about this double answer.

Make sure the Wonderful chocobo is also Class S. Make sure you are breeding them with a Zeio Nut. Yes, you can tell the difference between Gold and Yellow chocobos.

Use Meteor Rain about 10 times or get to a certain level, like level 45 or something. He should definately have it by the time you return to Midgar, he always does with me.

Learning limit breaks depends on what level you want to learn.
For limit breaks level one you need to use your first limit a certain amount of times,
For limit breaks level 2 you need to kill a certain amount of enemies.
For your final limit level you need to find them, there easy to find but you need to
Know all limit breaks before you teach them to your characters.

Vincent and Caith Saith only have one limit per level, Caith Saith's really isn't worth finding.
