1. You must get all six of her other limit breaks on disk one which, might I say it, is not easy task. Grab the buggy and take it to Costa Del Sol. You should be able to enter WITH the buggy and take it on the ship with you. You should get to Junon. Exit Junon and you should still have the buggy. Look for the river you can cross. Go in the cave. The old guy inside tells you some things like how many battles you've fought. Talk to him when the number of battles you've fought makes the two last digits on the number the same (like if you've fough 588 battles or 677 battles he will wake up). He should wake up and give you Mythrill. Go to the guy who sold the Keystone to Dio. Give him to Mythrill and he will let you open one of two boxes. Open the small box upstairs. It contains Aeris' Great Gospel limit break. You must do all this on disk one BEFORE doing the Temple of the Ancients. It's time consuming, trust me.

2. Who the hell is Procloud? Do you mean Proud Clod? Pround Clod is in Midgar.

Also, Proud Clod is the final boss in the special battles in the battle arena at Gold Saucer. Win enough BP for Omnislash and then also get W-Summon.

After you purchase those (Total Cost 96,000 BP; but you can only carry 64,000 at any given time), the lady at the counter will ask you to participate in Special Battles.

I know that the Proud Clod is usually the last one of those in the sequence of 8. Win through once and you'll receive the Final Attack materia.

Sorry, I can only answer the first question:
I find that the best way to get first limit breaks in each limit level is to give the character E. Skill with matra magic and go to the forests near Junon. A common fight is 5 x Capparwire. Just hit them with matra magic and it should kill them, even if you've only just come out of Mythril Mine. This is an easy(ish) way to get Aeris' limit breaks on disk 1 but it works for anyone(in fact, after I got Aeris' Planet Protector, I got Cloud's Meteorain and this was still on disk 1). To get the 2nd limit break in a limit level for Aeris(as it's unlikely you will need it for anyone else), go to Nibel mountains, put fury on Aeris, put her in the front row, make sure she has 800+ HP, find a dragon enemy, manip. It and use dragon fang on her. Even at limit lvl. 3, with fury on the limit bar will go from empty to full in one go.
Anyway, that gives you a fairly easy way to get Aeris up to her limit lvl 4 on disk 1.
(I'm sure someone else has already told you where to get Great Gospel from).
