Ok, I have a huge question, bu - Final Fantasy VII Questions (PS)

Ok, I have a huge question, but first let me explain.
 
 I have beaten this game many many times and every time I always go into the Gelinka (sunken sub).
 
 Now recently I bought the 3 disks over because my games where old and scratched.
 
 I was on the end of the game on one file and another was on the 2nd disk, both are able to go into the sub.
 
 Now with this new game I started a new
 file and sunk the sub and got the huge materia.
 
 Now I try to go into the sub by ramming it like your supposed to do and instead my sub swims over it (I even got close to the ground, so nobody can say swim closer to the sub).
 
 Now I loaded up the file from my game from the old disk but same memory card and tryed to enter but nothing happened.
 
 Now in the old game I have already been in it ( I have cut x2 and the other stuff from it).
 
 So if I went in before and can't now can someone clarify and tell me what the hell happened !!!

The sub where you get the last huge materia is not the gelnika. Go to junon then head straight west undewater ( look out for emerald weapon) there you will find an alcove inside is the gelnika.

Yes I know which ship it is!!! The damn weapon killed when I first played this game.

I know where it is but each time I ram it, It wont put me into the Gelinka

Try advancing through the story some more and try again.

Sometimes all it takes is a battle or two in story line to open things up.

That won't be happening, I am at the end of the game and can't enter, I've been in it before, so I can't understand whats happening.

I think I know your problem.

Once you have been in the Gelnika once and got all the items you can't re-enter.

You can try all you want but you only get one visit so make sure you get everything in there.

I have beaten this game many many times too.
