Ok I have Omnislash & everything now it took me a little while but I figured out that I had more kills than I used braver so I didnt get Climhazzard but my question now is where is the sunken plane (Gelnika)?

It's underwater, look for a trench. It's at the end end of it. Be careful though becuase the Emarald Weapon is sometimes sitting outside so watch out when you approach and exit.

Yes well thank you for the explanation, I found it, but where in that plan do you find double cut because I have all the tresure boxes open in the ship and I can't find double cut in my inventory.

If you already opened all of the treasure boxes that might be why you can't find it. When first enter the airplane, go to the north room. Get onto the bottom floor and go all the way to the top-most right corner and it should be there on the ground. The reason why you cant find it is because the treasure box lid is blocking your view because you lifted the lid up.
