I know how to get tifas last limit break and what code to use, but cloud just says "I remember that tune played correctly" or something, how do you do it right then?

You need Tifa in your party,

1) Clouds weapon you get by killing ultima weapon
2) Tifas weapon you get in the broken shop in Midgar
3) Cids weapon you get by talking to the old man that used to watch the rocket
4) Yuffies weapon you get inside that cargo plane on in the ocean
5) Aeris's weapon you get in the temple of the anicent
Barrets weapon you get on disc 2 before/after taking the proud cloud
6) Reds weapon you get from bugenhaagen
7) Caith Siths I don't remember

If you go to Tifas house in Nibelheim during Clouds story at Kalm Cloud will play a tune. Memorise it. Then in disc 2 or 3 play it again. There will be a letter from Zanghan to Tifa and her 4th limit break, the final heaven will be inside.
