I need you to like make me a map of the place where I get alexzander or what ever it is called and I need some very good details on where to go like this five steps up then so on and so on ok or what ever I just want it to be very easy ok

Find and touch the spring water (sorry, I found it by wondering and couldn't tell you where) and return to the cabin, go south to the world map and head SE (use the pole to guide yourself while the wind blows) and you should be on a hill with a cave, enter and talk/fight the woman and there it lies when your done...
