How do i get rid of the black screen?
I'm on the 66th floor in the shinra building after rescuing aeris. I go into the elevator and rude comes in says press up blah blah. Then tseng comes in and says stuff and then my screen goes black. I cleaned my PS and tried it about 6 times. My game is brand new the disks have no scratches what so ever. Please help me.
