Ok, I'm new to this game and I was reading questions and saw alot of them is about a body shop. Is this already in the game or is this something you have to buy, if it's is how do you use it?

You will already have it, but it's not actually in the game. You need to access it via the windows menu. Start menu click list all programmes. Look for..EA GAMES
Scroll along EA GAMES to find the Sims2
Scroll along the sims 2 to find The body Shop..click and away you go.
