custom content apartments

Anyway I have another question. I downloaded a custom content apartment from modthesims2.com. I want my sims to live there but I can't seem to find the door to rent the aparment. Everytime I zoom in, all I see were walls.

What's wrong?

You could be missing the one that has that door..
