Alrigh so I always used to use the cheats and stuff. I haven't played Sims 2 in like 2 months. So when I was typing the code for the cheat box, I though I was doing it wrong but I checked on sites and I was doing what it said. Then I looked on here and saw a post like this too, and someone awnserd if you have Windows Vista ( I do) then you need to press shift+ctrl+WINDOWS BUTTON+C. The thing is, I have no idea what the " WIndows button " is. Anyone tell me? Thanks :).

I can only imagine that the windows button is the button with the microsoft window logo on it. Look to the bottom of your keyboard you should have the ctrl button and right next to it (to the right) a button with just the logo on it. Thats should be the windows button. If you press it when youre in windows it should bring up the windows start menu.

In terms of bringing up the cheat window I would like to offer you some advice.
Make a back up copy of all your saved games before using the bool prop cheats. If it's just motherlode and stuff like that no problems. But if youre looking to use the Bool prop cheats then expect glitches! They do occur and can create havoc on your game.

Julss, I have Windows Vista as well. The Windows Button is the little booger that has the Windows logo on it. My laptop has it at the top, but most desktops have it near the Ctrl and Alt key. If your problem is getting the cheat window up, then I can help you. Shift+Ctrl+C is all you press for any kind of software you own. Windows Button takes you to the Desktop screen. Or whatever screen you left before entering The Sims. Hope I helped. ^_^
