Date of Question: Apr 13 2009 | Question ID: 140955 I've been playing for awhile and a few months ago discovered modthesims2.com and simbology.com. I have a lot of custom content in my game and I noticed my game was glitching and a lot of the options were gone. I took some of it out and got my game back to semi normalness but some of the stuff from Free Time & Apartment Life never came back. For example, my sims can't become BFFs, kids can't get swung around by people and my toddler sims don't huggle anymore. How can I fix this? Also I used the Inteenimator and now none of my sims can get pregnant. Altho I can use the Blender, I was just wondering. Also what's the Life and Tombstone thing? What can it do? Thanks for reading!!! |

When you start using boolprob cheats you will find that it starts causing problems with your game. The more you switch your boolprop on the more glitches it can cause, you should always switch it off as soon as you finish using it. AND before you start using it and downloading custom content Id always advise to back up your files. There is a chance that you may need to start afresh with this game, maybe delete the hacks like the teen pregnancy and reinstall the game. This may be the only way to rescue all the stuff you have lost. First I would just try getting rid of the hacks..then see how your game is then. Dont rush straight for re installing the game. You don't want to lose everything if you can help it. I know Modthesims has FAQ and trouble shooting. Have a look there.
Life and Tombstone can be used to bring sims back from the dead if I remember rightly. But if you have Universities you can have a sim with a certain profession to do that for you.

To fix the problems I would uninstall all of the games and then reinstall them, make sure all the sims 2 is successfully uninstalled and you can't find anymore sims 2 stuff on your computer before installing again.
Tomestond of life and death can do alot of stuff, it can add people to your family, get sims pregnant, even alien pregnant and males, bald, fat, etc. To get it open the cheat window (shift+control+c buttons) then type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Then hold the shift button then click on a sim look around till you find it and click it, it will be brought into the house.

I would just try uninstalling the games , but I tryed to install sims 2 body shop then none of my sim games would work so I had to patch ALL of my sims games which took me ages because I have all the sims 2 games.
Tombstone of life and death-can add neighbours to the family, new sims, phsical changes(fat, thin,baldnenss, ageing)
I can't seen to find the get sim pregnant with.... Though can anyone help?

It happened to me. The computer screen goes blue and it crashes, I have to turn it off by the button.
Install the patched by going to thesims2.com>help>gamepatches -or something like that.
It should help it.

I have no iea sorry but the same stuff happens to me but with other stuff like for example I was downloding new cribs for my kids and the one that came with the game is gone do you know how to get that back?

Maybe was replased by new? There is similar thing with eyes. You can download them and have more eye types, or there is another set of them, that willl replase old original ones.
