I used a cheat to make my sim pregnant (tombstone of L and D), but I accidently clicked to wrong sim to get her pregnant with. Now she has a baby by her son, is there any way I can get rid of it?

Okay, it sounds mean but just don't look after it. The Social Services will come and take it off you eventually!

I think first you have to make you're baby turn into a toddler. Once it's a toddler and you can click on it, do the boolprop.. Code and shift click on you're toddler sim, then it will say kill..

Ops, sorry I don't think so. The only way to get rid of it is to not save the game, that way when you get back she won't be pregnent and you start over where you last saved.
