I got the sims 2 University and it says my teenager wants a cellphone and an
Mp3 player but I can't find them in the buy mode!! And where do I find the VENDING KIOSK?? Please please help!!

You might have to download them into your body shop first. Then you can transfer them over to your sims game.

All you need to do is go to the commercial zone in your town..look for a place which has stores and you'll find the kiosks there. Thats where you will be able to buy those sorts of things.
Just ring for a taxi and off you go. Make sure that the needs are all full, not so much toilet or hunger cos normally you can find bathrooms and a cafe in the commercial areas but make sure youre sim is not tired or in need of a shower or needs entertainment because it will get difficut.
