When I try to install downloaded sims from modthesims2.com it says Please double click on a custom content file to install the content. What does that mean? HELP ME!

Just move the files to your downloads folder in the EA folder and they should work.
My documents/EA games/The Sims 2/Downloads
Move them there.

You have to move the files to My documents/EA games/The Sims 2/Downloads. Once you've done that, double click on the custom content file to install the content. You can see if the sims are installed in bodyshop. These sims won't automatically be in the game. Once you start the game, you have to go to create a sim and click on choose existing sim.
