Whenever I try to get on The Sims 2 the screen goes blank, but the music still plays. Is it the disc or my computer?

If you download things like cars and stuff sometimes when playing the game my computer messes up so maybe yours is doin' the same thing as mine. Hope this helps.

It could anything. If youve installed it for the first time it maybe due to your graphics card not being able to support the game. It could be a fault in the game, it could be that you havent enough memory in the computer. Is this the first time playing? Or has this just occured?
There is alot of customer support on the EA games website. The info will be in your manual.

That happens sometimes with my game, I just wait for it to load, or I re-start my game and computer. Every computer/game is different.

If it's blue then it's probably loading. If it's anything else, well, I don't know. Is it the disk or the computer, I'm not completely sure.
