There is a cheat where you can select the sims and choose it's age. Look in the cheat section.

Press ctrl and c in the game and type in aging off then your sims will never age until you do the same but type in aging on

If you get a really high aspiration rating by fulfilling a lot of wants the last and most "expensive" is the 'Elixer of Life'. That reverses your sims' age by 3 days.
