Can't make toddlers fat...sorry.You can only start thinking of making them fat when they have their first birthday and grow up...

You could try entering boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and shift+click on the toddler. There might be a choice called "change fit..." Click it and it might give you the choice to make it fat fat. Which I'm sure it's already grown up by now but this might work on others!! But, no gaurantees.
