If you have The Sim2 you have the body shop. Click in your start up menu in the bottem left corner of your screen (whilst in windows) Click on all programmes, find EA games. It will offer you a drop down menu for EA Games, move your mouse over the drop down menu for EA Games, then The Sims2. You will now have a drop down menu that includes The Sims2, Readme files and the Sims2 Body Shop. Click on the Body Shop and it will load up for you. Enjoy.
Remember to get the drop down menu you need to move your mouse over the arrow at the side of EA Games.

There's a download to get the bodyshop but it was taking mine 1 and a half hours! And the bad thing is that I unconnected the internet for something else and I lost it completely.
