Its been a while since I tried to download anything from that site. I will however say that they have a Q/A section and a complete guide on downloading. Before downloading anything please read those sections. I tried to download without reading up on this area and wasted a lot of time.

You will want to read the FAQ on that site before you should ask here. Though based on my knowledge you may need some other thing that you have to download from the site before you are able to download a sim.
