Ooh you evil little simmer you...ok. Drowning, you need a swimming pool obviously. Get the sim in to the water. Go in to build mode and delete the stairs so the sim cannot get out. It will take some time depending on your sims needs. When the needs bars empty, your sim will drown and die. Now you know how, will you have what it takes to cross to the dark side?!!

Take away the ladder of the swm pool then leave them alone for like 5 min

There is actually a faster way. Just enter boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true and then left click and drag all your sims motives down so that they are all red. They will drown.

I've known this since I got the Sims 2. Just Take your sim into the pool and take away all the ladders. Wait a while and watch the sim drown.HeHeHe.
