Between the times of 10:45 and 11:00 am go to mt.silver. To go to mount silver you must have already defeated the elite four... and the champion. Then go inside the cave, do not surf or rock climb, just run around with a pokemon preferbly a fire type like charizard, and hope you get lucky, and i believe it has pokerus so you better catch it.
After defeating Claire in Blackthorn city and doing everything in the Dragons Den go back to the old man in the shrine in the dragons den. If you answered the questions with the best answers the man will give you a dratini with or without extremespeed

Pokemonster2908's cheat 1
This works with a few Pokemon, e.g. Slugma.
When you reach Lv 38 for Slugma, do NOT let it evolve. Instead, keep training until it reaches its final move, earth Power (at Level 56), teach it, and then let it evolve. Then you get a Magcargo with a move it can't do until reaching Level 66!
Same with Cubone, don't let it evolve at Level 28 until it learns its final move at Lv 43 (Double Edge) and let ti evolve. Then you get a Level 43 Marowak with at least 1 to 3 moves (depends what you taught it) it can't learn yet!
Alos works for Grimer, Magnemite, Voltorb, basically every single Pokemon that evolves that can't learn a new move after its evolution that the pre - evolved Pokemon couldn't and let Tyrougue EVOLVE at Lv 20/21, your choice. Evolving at Lv 21 makes the EXP points quicker from Lv 20 to Lv 21 for Tyrouge. :-)

(Please excuse my spelling mistakes if any are made)So youre playing soulsilver and you have all your data on your pokewalker then you decide to reset your game.You go to use your pokewalker again but it says it is already registered.You check the trainer card and you realize that your pokewalker still has all the data from your old game.If you get as frustrated as me then youve been searching for months trying to figure out ways to reset your data. Well its pretty simple. All you need to do is,from the main menu go to "connect to pokewalker". Answer the questions they ask you then when you get to the screen that says "save and go on a stroll". STOP! Now That youre on this screen hold down the L button, X button and the DOWN button. Hold Them together then release them all at the same time. A Screen should come up saying "CAUTION! You are about to delete your records from the pokewalker". Keep answering guestions till it says that all your records have been deleted. You have successfully reseted your pokewalker! Congrats and if you have any guestions please post them on my vodpod TriPolarSounds. I think youll have to post them on a video not my account it self.Thank You and Happy Gaming! =}
On Cinawood island This guy gives you a shuckle. But you can't get it after you beat the league.
When you have a great ball only in your bag and there's a Pokemon you really want to catch, don't fret. You just hold/press rapidelly the a button.
HINT: Cheat only works for the great ball.Oh and may not allways work.
To get a free spearow go to Goldenrod City and go to the top area an go through the brown/tan/green building. Then talk to the man in red behind the counter. He will ask you to deliver a message to his friend. Say yes and he will give you a Spearow with the message attached. Just remove the mail (it will go to your PC when you remove it) and attach it to another Pokemon (that you don't want). Go to Route 31 with the Pokemon with the mail in your party. Talk to the man in a pink shirt with overalls. He will be somewhat asleep. Give him the message. In return he will give you TM44(Rest). Also if you go back to the man that you got the Spearow from and talk to him you will get an HP up.
If you go into the ruins of alph when you can listen to the radio on the pokegear, open the radio and you can't hear any stations. But if you drag the dot right into the middle of the circle and you will hear a strange tune playing. It will also say "Mysterious Broadcast" on the channel display. I think it makes the unknown appear more often or something when you have it on.
I have tested and it works here are the steps
First:beat elite four
Second:talk to mom (Will be automatically sent home)
Third:she wil tell you to talk to profeser Elm so go talk to him
Fourth:he will give boat ticket take boat
Fifth:help find girl get to kanto
Sixth:fly to elite four
Seventh:then open up the flying map you can fly to a place in eather johto or kanto (Must be at the elite four}
Home made please rate high works for both heart gold and soul silver
