At Cianwood City there is a house which is located right next to the Safari Zone road and before the Pokemon gym. There you will meet a person saying that a red haired kid has stolen his Pokemon and that he only has one left. He will then ask you to take care of it so that his last Pokemon doesn't get stolen. When he gives you the Shuckle make it like you and then return to the house. The person will ask if he can have his Shuckle back. Reply 'yes' and he will then say that the Shuckle really likes you and that you should keep it.
When you go to the Violet City Pokemon Center there will be a man next to the PC. When he asks you for your opinion reply using certain words which are generated by using the site 'http://www.filb.de/games/tools/aikotoba' and you will unlock special box wallpapers and Pokemon eggs in your game.

To get the EXPN Card:
(If you already have the EXPN Card, go down tothe next section)
First, in order to do this, you must have beaten the Elite Four and have gained access to the Kanto Region (I think your mom will give you a ticket for the S.S. Aqua). Now, go to the Power Plant (East of Cerulean City, South of Rock Tunnel) and talk to the manager. He'll be in the upper part of the room in the front. Now, you must go back to the Cerulean Gym and a Team Rocket Grunt will run into you. He's going to run to the Nugget Bridge. Follow him and battle him. Afterwards, head back to the Gym and look near the inner-tubes in the upper left hand corner of the Gym to find the missing piece of the Power Plant. Now, head back to the Power Plant and give the piece to the manager. Now, head over to Lavender Town's Radio Tower and talk to the old guy in the upper part of the room. He will give you the EXPN Card as a thank you gift for fixing the Power Plant and rescuing his job.
Catching Sinnoh Pokémon in:
Now that you have the EXPN Card, you may now listen to more Radio Stations! Let's try this out. Go to the route to the left and find a patch of grass. Now, use your PokéGear and tune in to the station in the upper LEFT hand corner. NOTE: It must be Thursday for this to work! Now keep doing this until you find some Sinnoh Pokémon! Awesome, huh?

Looking back at the last time I posted this cheat, I was really unclear about some things (probably because I posted it JUST as I found out about it). So, just don't mind the last version.

We all now that when your Pokémon gets confused and keeps hurting itself, it's pretty annoying. Well, I'm going to show you how to make that happen LESS often. When in a battle, your Pokémon must be confused (obviously). Now, when it's your turn, press A when it says your Pokémon is confused. Then, press AND HOLD A when the birds pop up until the attack is a success.

I'm going to show you how to catch Hoenn Pokémon in the Kanto region. First off, you must have already beat the Elite Four and have gained access to the Kanto region. (You'll get a ticket for the S.S. Aqua) Now, you need to have obtained the Radio for your Pokégear. I believe you get that through answering all the questions right for the lady at the front desk in the Goldenrod Radio Tower. Now that you have the Radio Card, head over to the radio tower in Lavender Town (Kanto Region). Talk to the old guy in the first room and he will give the the EXPN card and will install it to your Pokégear. Now, go to the route to the left of the town. Boot up your Pokégear and click on the radio icon. Now, choose the station in the upper right hand corner. This is a Hoenn radio station that will attract Hoenn Region Pokémon! (Does not only apply to this Route)
Note: For thos of you that don't know, Hoenn region Pokémon are Pokémon from the Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald games.
IMPORTANT: Before you can get the EXPN card from Lavender Town, you must first find the missing piece of the Power Plant. To do that, go to the Power Plant (Right of Cerulean City, South of Rock Tunnel) and talk to the manager. Head back to the Gym and a Team Rocket Grunt will run into you. Follow him to the Nugget Bridge, battle him, return top the gym and find the piece (Upper left hand corner) and return to the Power Plant and talk to the Manager.

In ruby/sapphire/emerald beat the game. Before you go use your master ball, go to the battle tower at the battle frontier. When there, give 1 of your party Pokemon the masterball to hold. Then put it in the pc. Save your game. Take the same Pokemon out of the pc and go to the wifi counter of the battle tower. When you pick the Pokemon you want to use make sure you pick the one holding the masterball. In the middle of saving turn of the game. Turn the game back on and look in your party the Pokemon will still be there. Then look in the pc and you will find a perfect clone.do this until you have the amount of master balls you would like.
Turn the game off and, leaving the gba game in the slot insert Pokemon soulsilver. On the game menue select migrate pokemon. Pick the Pokemon you want to migrate. When you migate the Pokemon to soulsilve they will still have the masterball.
This cheat also works for platinum, pearl, diamon and heartgold.
