Question for Zelda 64: Ocarina of Time

Question, Hah - no kidding.
So I was wondering,
In the Gerudo's Fortress, how do I get past the Thieves in White? And how do I do the Training? I find this place very, very confusing.
And two other things, Where is the last carpenter? And at the very top of the fortress, there is a big gap between two big ledges, and the other side has a big treasure chest. (Probably the map?) I'm not sure, but I can't get over there. :( How? Please Help! and get

If you attack the guards (usually with your Bow), they will be temporarily stunned.

You can only do the Gerudo Training Grounds and the Horseback Archery once you save all the carpenters.

To get to the treasure chest on the top of the Fortress, you'll need to know the scarecrow Song and have the Hookshot. Just before the gap, play the Scarecrow Song you created as a kid, and the Wandering Scarecrow will pop up. Get close to the gap, and shoot your Hookshot at him. He'll drag you over to him and the treasure chest.

For the final carpenter, I remember jumping down from either the ledge or near the treasure chest, and entering some doorway.

You must find all the captured carpenters there. There are 5 I think. Shoot the guards with javelin things to knock them out. Hookshot them to freeze them but this only freezes them for like 5 or 10 seconds. Once you release all of them go back to the one outside the tent and they will fix the bridge. Talk to the "running man" in the tent to play the horseback archery game. Also you will get a Gerudo Membership card after you release all of the carpenters. This allows you to walk through the fortress peacefully without being captured yourself.
