Ok, I am on the water temple and I need the big key I know where it is but in needs the last key.
 
 I also know where it is but HOW DO YOU GET THERE!!!???
 
 It is in the room blocked with a fence and a gold eye lock is under it.
 
 I have tried going the other way but it is blocked by a block I looked up a walkthrough online and it says shoot it with an ARROW!!!?
 
 I am underwater and the only thing I can use is the longshot but it does absolutely nothing.
 
 WHAT DO YOU DO?????

If you go to the bottom level of the water temple check all four rooms there is one room where there is a rock is falling from above.

Wait until the rock falls then step out and look around (it is a narrow passage so you don't have to look very hard).

Go inside the hole and the key is there.

If i'm thinking of the right place you need to lower the water level

To lower it all the way down: At the very bottom, theres a room with a torch on either side..where Ruto was. Go into the room and stand by the middle torch. Take off iron boots and float all the way up, past the wall that you could bomb. Dont go through the door b/c the thing you play the song to is on the wall.

To raise to second level: Go through the door in the middle building that you have to climb up on a block to get to. Walk in and to the opposite wall, turn around and hookshot up to the platform. Play your song here.

Like they said, use an arrow to shoot the eye, then very quickly switch to your longshot and shoot the target that's revealed when the gate goes up. It'll get you in there but theres a time limit on the gate so you have to be quick. Push that block around when you get in

Go to the middle of the temple where you can change the water level and make the water level go down.
