Go to th left side of the graveyard and move one of the tombs on the hill.

Go to the Graveyard behind Kakariko Village - the new tomb's the first one on the left side. When you beat Dampe in the race (it's kind of hard), you'll get the Hookshot - use this to enter the Forest Temple at the back of the Sacred Meadow beyond the Lost Woods (where Saria was).

You can only get the hookshot from Dampe after he dies and becomes a ghost. That happens when you become an adult.
To become an adult: You must gather the three sacerad stones and bring them to the temple of time. Play the song of time with the ocerina of time in the temple of time. Then walk through the door of time and pull the master sword out of it's holding place. Once you get the three sacerad stones everything will get explained in the game.

The tomb is the left side of the graveyard the first one on the left.
Pull the gravestone back and a hole will appear jump inside and dampe will be there and you have to race him for the hookshot. :0
