Question for Zelda 64: Ocarina of Time

In the water temple is it okay if I have the compass but not the dungeon map. Is it still possible to beat without it? I thought I could do it without it but I just wanted to make sure.

You can beat the water temple without the dungeon map, but it may be difficult to remember where you've been, especially when searching for the keys.

I say, just get the Map and be done with it - it's a part of the Temple and it'll be a lot easier to beat with it!

The Map's actually easy to find anyway - upon entering the Temple, put on your Blue Tunic and the Iron Boots. Once you fall to the bottom, find the opening in the walls that has the torches - follow it to your fiancee!

Blah, blah, blah, once she's done complaining, take off the Iron Boots and float to the top - thankfully she's gone somehow, now go enter that door, destroy the Spikey guys and voila!

Good luck on the rest =D
