I am stuck in the Water Temple and I was wondering if anyone can help. I have gotten in all the doors but two and have no idea where to go now. I have the longshot now and I've been everywhere. I can't find the boss key or anymore keys for it.

Use a walkthrough for the love of God.
But if you want a boss key, Follow the tunnel after the place where you get the Longshot to the end and the room at the end should have the boss key somewhere in it.

As for the Boss Key, go back to the room with the 6 Blue Tektites, whirlpools and rolling boulders - get to the other side of the room and follow the rooms around until you back to another part of this room; now approach the edge where there's water flowing beneath you and boulders rolling past you; put on the Iron Boots and go to the right where the water's falling as soon as a boulder goes by - follow the path to a room with the Boss Key!
