How do you get the bow I don't know where to find it.

In the adult stage you will get the bow in the forest temple thats how you shoot the poe paintings

Its located in the Forest Temple.

Once you have all 3 Spiritual Stones, go back to the Castle; once you learn the Song of Time, go to the Temple of Time and play it. After you become an Adult, go to the Graveyard behind Kakariko Village, enter the new Tomb on the left and race Dampe. When you beat him, you'll get the Hookshot - now get through the Lost Woods to the Sacred Forest Meadow, head to the back and you'll learn the Minuet of Forest. Now use the Hookshot on the tree above to enter the Forest Temple - eventually you'll come across the Fairy Bow! Hope that helps =)

All you have to do is go to the Forest Temple if you already know which room the bow is located in good.But there is a catch you've got two defeat two skeletons in armor. May sound easy but your wrong it is difficult they are big and they can repeice themselves together.
