How do I get the metal boots I've tried to find them but I cant

Going through the Ice Cave(which is out past the area where Jabu-Jabu was outside of the Zora's domain), after you continue past the room with the spinning blade in the center, go to the next room and travel across the uper level and fill all your bottles up with the blue fire. Go back to the room with the spinning blade and in the center of two of the walls are red ice, use a jar of blue fire to melt each red wall. After you melted both walls you may need to go back and refill your jars with more fire to melt some more red ice in one of the new rooms. Out of the two new rooms you uncovered, the opposite room of the room with the blue fire pit(these being the new rooms) leads to a puzzle area in which you have to slide a block around until it's in the right position for you to exit the room(also in this room you need to collect the silver rupees). Once you got the block in the right postion under the exit follow the path, you'll need some blue fire to melt some more red ice. Continue following the path and there should be a secret door at the end of it, find it and go inside and defeat the White Wolfos, a chest will appear containing the Iron boots.

To get the iron boots you need to complete the ice cavern. As an adult go to the spot where you would have entered jabu jabu's belly as a kid. You will see a bunch of things floating in the water. You need to jump from one to one until you reach the end and can enter the cavern. You will need to go through the entire thing until you finally enter a room that is all black and has like blue stuff on the wall. All you have to do is defeat a white wolfo and then a chest appears that has the iron boots in it! Yeah!!! Then Sheik will teach you the song that will take you to lake hylia and enter the water temple! Woo! Good luck!

Go to the zoras fountain. Then go to the spot where you meet the big fish. Than jump on the ice to the cave hope this helped

They're in the Ice Cavern as an Adult; the Ice Cavern's behind Zora's Domain from Zora's Fountain!

If you mean the Iron Boots, then you need to go through the Ice Cavern behind Zora's Domain when you're an adult. When you finish, there should be a treasure chest, which contains the boots. Then Sheik should appear to teach you the Serenade or Water, or something like that. Hope that helps you out!
