How do you beat the guy who runs really fast when you are an adult? The one thats in the tent?
And how do you get the big treasure chest in gerudos fortress? I can't get the last small treasure chest?

I might be wrong about things but, I don't think you can beat him. I have tried every thing but I can't beat him. So I don't think it's possible.

I think Zelda Master is right, I've never beat him either. I don't know what small treasure chest you're talking about but I think I can help you on the other question. If you mean the chest on top of the roof in Gerudo's Fortress, you have to play your Scarecorw Song and make the scarecrow appear when Navi flies over and turns green. To get a Scarecrows Song, I think you have to go talk to the Scarecrow in Lake Hylia. Talk to him and make up your own song. That will be your Scarecrows Song. Remember it and and play it at the Greudo's Fortress. And, if you forget the song, you can go back to the scarecorw and change it but I suggest writing it down. Hope this helped.

Okay if your talking about all those little keys you get to open all those doors in the gerudos training center thing then you have to use your eye of truth inside the gerudos traing ground thing where you open all of the doors and look at the roof until you see through it and then climb the fencing and there will be a small treasure chest in there containing a key.

They are both right, it is impossible to out run him even if you use epona.It is just a trick to waste your time.

Everybody is right you can't beat the runner he will always beat you by one second or so I have tried every way even using epona so it is hopeless

There actually is a way to beat him... It's hard and cost money, so use the 5 fish 500 rupees rule/cheat. Buy all the Magick Beans that you can and make sure you plant them in every spot! Now run the route he runs a couple times until you see every spot that has a flower near it. You have to ride the flowers in order to beat him. It takes a while to figure it all out.

I'll have you know. I used a gameshark code to move super, ultra fast across the field and made it to the bridge in Kokiri in (believe it or not) 18 seconds!! But don't you think that cheater STILL made it in 17 SECONDS?!!
