I know this game is ancient but I love it! Why does Navi turn green in the shadow temple? The room before the boss door (the second platform after you ride the shadow ferry), by the ALREADY destroyed big pillar, the one with a single heart on it (not the platform that you use the scarecrow song)? I have tried every song, hit it with the hammer, threw bombs at it, looked at it with the lens of truth and tried talking to Navi, she doesn't say anything and nothing happens! Getting very frustrated! Please Help!

Ocarina of Time will never get old

It's probably just a minor glitch. Navi obviously locked onto the pillar while it was still standing, just after you got off the ship. You had to destroy the pillar to create a bridge across the abyss below, right? She would have locked onto it then, and mistakenly still does so after it has been destroyed.

Nothing important, really. Games this old are usually filled with these little glitches.
