I can't figure out how to get to Dodongos cavern. If you could help that would be great.

Dodongos Cavern is on Death Mountain - it depends on how far you are

If you continue up Death Mountain - you should make your way to Goron City. Fall to the bottom and on the carpet play Zelda's Lullaby. Go in and play Saria's Song to Darunia.
Eventually you will get the Goron Bracelet to pick up the bombs. Now exit Goron City back to Death Mountain. Head through the first opening on the right. Pick up the bomb and throw it over the edge.

Voila...you'll blow up the entrance to Dodongo's Cavern!

You don't get the bow and arrow until you are an adult, until you get the hookshot and until you enter the forest temple.

The cavern is behind the big boulder you see when you go up the mountain go talk to the king of the gorans he wll give you a bracelette that lets you pick up bomb flowers.

Go to the cliff outside the entrance to goran city go to thr fence on the left side as your leaving Goran city pick up the bomb flower and throw it over the edge.

Enter, once inside pick up a bomb flower and DROP it next to the stone door it will blow up then enter.

The bow and arrows you get as big link in the forrest temple when you enter find a key and go up the tall stairs that is in front of you.

When you enter fight 3 skull warriors then get the bow and arrows.

1.Throw a bomb flower off the ledge overlooking the entrance to Dodongo's Cavern. It should blow up the big rock.
2.You find the Bow and Arrows in the Forest Temple.
