Okay, first, you need to go get saria's song at the forest. Then, you need to go back to the goron place and play the song on the bottom floor in front of one of these doors that wont open(i forget which one because I havnt played this game for at least a year or two), then once you enter, the chief goron guy will give you your bracelet.

Well you need to get sarias song in the forest and you play it on your ocrina (sorry for bad spelling) when you see datrina and he will dance and wil giv the gorons bracelet

You have to go to the bottom of the city where you will see a goron. Navi will float over a rug. Play zelda's lullaby to open the door.walk inside and you will meet the king.play saria's song for him. Then he will give you the braclet .
