After you collect the 3 Spiritual Stones, and the Ocarina of the Time (outside of Hyrule Castle), head inside the Temple of Time (right of the market). Go inside the Temple and play Zelda's Lullaby on the carpet, and watch the cutscene. You'll now be an adult.

Exactly as Weevil says. I think that you may be trying to get ahead of yourself! You might want to get your hands on a walkthrough if you are stuck this early on...
