Where do I get the poachers saw I've already saved the carpenders and I know how to do every thing else I just for got where to get the saw some 1 plz tell me where it is and how do I wake that 1 guy up in the lost woods does he give you the saw or no?

First off, talk to the Cucco Lady in Kakariko Village. She'll give you a Cucco egg, which you need to hatch (set to a C-button and wait a day). Then go into the house where Talon is sleeping, and use the Cucco to wake him up. Give the Cucco back to the lady, and she'll give you a blue Cucco.
Use this blue Cucco to wake the sleeping guy in the Lost Woods. He'll give you an errand, which requires you to get some medicine from the old hag in Kakariko Village. When you return with the medicine, you'll get the Poacher's Saw.
