I wanna get married an I made my ppl get romantic and woo-hoo and were already partners and I can't get married and I don't know how to and I wanna know the quickest way to get married and I have a baby and how do I know if my sims pregnant how do I have a baby and I wanna know the quickest way to do in that stuff on the I-pod touch in sins freeplay

You have to be at a certain level. Once you reach that level, the game will let you know. You can't tell wether your sim is pregnant. You'll have to buy a crib and the baby takes hours to make. It's kind of like just adding another sim to your town except the baby doesn't actually grow up all the way..

Dude it's ok calm down. There are levels/stages in being partners so it takes awhile for them to reach the part where you can purpose

TO GET MARRIED...
You have to reach partner and get pass level 11. Then you have to wait until getting married is a goal.
TO HAVE A BABY.
After your married you can have your baby, but you also have to wait until it's a goal.
It's annoying I know
