Make the Sims do positive things to each other until they are best friends. Then the option will appear (when you are playing as one of the two and have tapped on the other) to chest bump.

It should be best friends(not good friends)and both should be male sims select ur male sim from ur town and send him to the neighbours town to a male sim then make them talk (be nice)until they become best friend (not good friends) then the option will come.

You have to go to another town. It won't work with your own sims. Take one of your sims to a friends town. Make best friend with one, then the option will show up.

Chest bump only appears if the two Sims are the same gender. Keep doing friendly actions until the option appears.

I completed the chest bumping and no credit? The task is still there. Did it several times over a couple of days and still no credit for the task.

Have the 2 Adult, MALE Sims continue to Be Nice to each other until they reach BEST FRIEND Status. From there on the top you should have the selection Chest Bump.
They CAN NOT be Female Sims
They CAN NOT be Pre-teend or Teens
They CAN NOT be Living in the same home (Roomates)
They CAN NOT be MARRIED
They CAN NOT be RELATED (Siblings)
Once again to confirm.... It is only available after you build a friendship between 2 Adult males and they have reached Best Friend Status. (Observe and keep track of the friendship building when 1 sim clicks on another sim to converse and/or build the friendship. Green Bar above their relationship increases the more you have them BE NICE and interact with each other). You will have to continue Be Nice between them several times until they can reach Best Friend Status. The Chest Bump will appear soon after. If you follow these steps, it will be displayed.

I too tried this with 2 females and the chest bump option didn't appear. So I tried it again this time with 2 males and as soon as they are best friends the chest bump option appeared.

I just completed this with 2 females. The were BEST FRIENDS. I took my sim to a neighboring town and made her become best friends with someone and it worked. It took a while but it worked.Guest answered:
Your Sims have to be adults, but they can be of any gender. I did it between a male & female. The trick is that you can ONLY do friendly emotes (not romantic). So only be nice/be funny/shake hands/bro hug. Do not be romantic with them. Then at Best Friends you'll get chest bump.
