I have a couple wiyh a baby, when I with the baby I can only raise it's hygiene, communication, inspiration, hunger and sleep levels. How do you raise it's bathroom level?

One of my couples have a baby, but I can't get the baby's needs met. How do I get the baby's diaper changed or get fed?

You have to change the babys outfit to a new one.

Okay I have figured how to make your baby sim use the toilet.
1) let your toilet bar go completly down.
2) when toilet bar goes down(black) this will trigger your hygiene bar to also drop. ( note both have to drop in order for you to change baby. Changing baby with half a toilet bar won't make a difference)
3) tap or touch the sim baby so the green diamond is on him/her.
4) tap or touch the adult sim you want to change your baby( to be safe pick a adult sim that the baby has a non-stranger statues with)
5) when the action menu comes up select " change diaper" ( note as soon as you do this select the baby again so the green diamond won't go to the adult sim. So as soon as your baby finished select baby right away keeping the diamond on him) you will have to repeat step 5 three or four times so the toilet bar fills up.

And that's it. If you notice your baby getting smelly right after you change him/her is because you are letting the diamond go back to the adult sim. Remember when a adult sim uses the toilet the diamond is on the adult sim before you select the toilet this goes for the baby as well. Have the diamond hover on top of the baby before picking a sim to change his or hers diaper before the bar fills up blue quickly pick the baby again( placing diamond over it's head) before the adult sim has the chance to jump up and down for joy.
