What is the highest level in romance? My sims are partners, But it never said to propose

Married is th highest relationship status at this point, you may not be at a high enough level yet to perform those actions, I'm not sure what level this opens at, but I am at level 26 and have all options available
Your relationship status needs to be maxed out at partner and when your able to, the options to move in together and propose marriage will come up in the actions screen

Well I'm at level 40 and I still can't have a baby even though I've moved a man into my home and I've proposed but it wont let me have a baby.... Some versions are just picky about things.

You have to be at level ten to get married then you buy a ring then you purpose then you can get a crib then try to have a baby thanks

I'm level 34 and I have a pair who are married and have had a baby. A baby, IMHO is not worth it as all they do is sleep every 4 hours. They can't work and earn money.

My latest goal is to move in with a partner, and as they are married already I'll never be able to go back and achieve that goal.

In other words it's naffed for me.

To have a baby you have to buy a crib and when you click it, it says have a baby

I have two babies with the same couple, all you need to do it work through the goals until you get 'get engaged' so then your engaged and keep being romantic until you get married, then buy a crib, click at and wait for it to move it and boom, you've got yourself a married couple and a baby ;)

You need to bake a birthday cake to change the baby to a toddler. That raises the marriage exp slightly. That's as far as I am now. Follow the goals it will direct you to it. To the guy at level 40 how did you miss that? You're an idiot

You can get divorced if you want to fill out the bar just keep being rude and complaing also you can find another partner
