How do I make my baby use the bathroom and how do I clean it other than changing it's diaper?

Instead of using the adult to do the task, make sure yor using the the baby and click/press on the adult to get the deeds done.

Go to Sims menu and select your baby. Then buy a cupcake for the baby with LP.

My best suggestion would be to keep the baby busy, sleeping or interacting with their parents, so the toilet bar doesn't turns red. And then use a cupcake when everything has failed.

The baby does just wet their diaper which puts the icon to green. When they're done, change the diaper and it puts the cleanliness icon to green too.

Click on the baby. It's needs pop up. Then click on an adult. (ex: if you were hungry you would click on the fridge appliance- the baby sees you as an appliance and so it clicks on YOU to fulfill it's needs) When you click on the ADULT ask it to change you. Ect

The baby has to have a birthday party under the reaction tab and then it can use the toilet

Well actually the baby uses the toilet on it's own to clean him or her you change the diaper

Okay.I have been going crazy for the answer and I finally got it myself.
What is your status with the child? I couldn't do ANYTHING to get her to relive herself until I became best friends with her! I fed her right after I got the pop up and she finally went. Now she is a happy baby again. (=
