How do you make your sim go to work but the work button won't let you?

If you are too late for work _ example is it's 10:00 and your Sim's job started at 7:00 _ you can't send them. Try again tomorrow about 7:00 and it should work.

Also, you can't send a Sim to work if they're doing another task.

The button is available only in the hour before the job starts. Eg if your athlete starts at 0800, you can send him from 0700 till 8. He can also be late but I haven't tested how long exactly.

Aw... Sometimes I can't wake up on time or am too busy to send them to work. I wish we could send sims to work anytime, like how it is in the PC version.

You can usa a cheat go to settings turn off the wi fi then go to date and time and set time as which time does your job starts then turn wi fi on and go to sims it says blah blah needs to go to work say ok then go to settings again turn wi fi off set time as normal time then turn on the wi fi and go to sims then the sims will be still working

I have the same problem. My sim didn't do another task and the job didn't even start yet, but I can't send him to work.
What should I do?
Someone please help.
