I have a goal to add a sim to my town but all my spaces are
<BR>Full & I am not able to add another one. Also, is there a way to get sims to live together in one house so that you can add more sims? Please help! Thank you in advance

I'm in the same place. I'm hoping that the empty space near the government building will change to a building spot. It's been a day and I'm still waiting.

I don't think there is any way to get Sims to live together.

I'm in the same pickle! I've got 16 Sims and I just reached level 31. I'm hoping that space opens up at level 32. In the earlier stages of the game I seem to recall it allowing me to add a Sim every 2 levels.
I don't think the Sims Freeplay allows you to make Sims live together. And I don't think they can have a baby...I've had them WooHoo-ing for days now! So, I also need to know how to Add a Sim to complete my current goal.

I am in the same situation on level 29. I suggest we all rate the app low and hope they will answer our request for an update maybe an option to skip a goal.

You can make them live together by either clicking the option "ask to move in" when you are good/best friends with another sim or when you are partners with another sim which comes after date which you can get by keep on doing romantic actions

I don't know how you got to levels 28, 29, 30 etc. Without knowing how to get Sims to live together, get married and have a baby, but here goes. Sims need to be best friends then when you have the two in the same house the house you want them both to live at you have the owner click on the friend sim and click option "ask to move in". Then the other sims house becomes vacant and you can then add a sim. To get married they have to become partners by being romantic and dancing together(the pink option when clicking on a sim, not the radio). After they are partners one sim has to buy a ring which you will get option when you click on sim and click on "propose". Becareful which ever sim propses both will have same last name as asker. Once they are married you can buy a crib and add a baby.
I want to know what the empty space is for next to the city hall?
