Why are my sims all throwing up all over. What should I do? I keep their needs filled. Do they take meds?

If you shake your device while playing it makes them throw up...

That happened to me and I would think they were sick but they are not. You must be shaking your phone/iPad accidentally while you're playing. That makes them vomit. To test it, the next time you're playing shake your phone/iPad really hard once, wait a second then do it again and watch the spew action. You're not neglecting their needs.

Keep your device still, if you shake it they will throw up

They are probably throwing up because you shake the device too much. Stop shaking the device and they will stop throwing up. And if you want them to clean up the barf, just click on the barf and it will say "clean up" and then you click on it and the sim will automatically clean it up!

It is because you may be shaking your device too much. If your Sims are rocking back and forward, then if it continues, they will end up throwing up so try to minimize rocking your device so they do not throw up in the first place. And no, they do not need medication.
