I am on level 28 and I need to add a sim to town but my town is full how do I add another sim?

No. From what I've tried: you cannot kill/delete a sim. You do not have the option of using "empty lot" even when you continue to level up. I'm starting to think this goal was a bit of a sick joke from the developers of this game. Shame! This game was fun!

I have 13 sims and I am only using 4 houses. Move them toguether by becoming friends and the " ask to move in" i have 3 to 4 sims in each house. This way i still have more than half of the town empty and could add many more sims. When you move a sim to another house their house becomes empty.

I am also having this problem. Is it possible to get rid of an existing sim? I have no empty lots, you would think they would recognize this as a completed goal since the goal is impossible.

I'm stuck too. I'm on level 29 and I can no longer add another sim evn though it my next goal. It sucks that there isnt a way around that

Apparently when you hit level 30 new things will be unlocked. I'm half way through level 29 and then I'll see if this is true. Hope so, I like this game to.

You can delete a sim when you change their clothes. There is a red x there. Anytime you edit a sim you can delete it. I have done this with two of my sims I didn't like. Also moving them in with each other and getting married frees up more space in the town. I think as you level up you can add more sims. You can add babies as well which is not as expensive as a new sim.
