Im stuck on level 13. My gola was the play with the RC boat at the park but I couldnt find the boat anywhere! I read somewhere you have to buy the boat from the hobby shop but to build the hobby shop you need 10 sims. I don't know how to create the 10th sim beacuse I can click onto any lots anymore. Can someone please help me?
