How do you get your sim to watch a film at midnight, I have tried changing the clo

Try changing the clock to 11:59pm the next day and when it turns to 12:00am have them watch the movie.

It was 12:30 when I made one of my sims watch movie. After several minutes I reached the goal and sims task ended. I think there is a time frame to complete the task e.g. Between 12 and 1am ( this is just my estimation)

I am also stuck at this task. Had two sims start a movie around 11:30 one night (since they are 1.5 - 2 hrs depending on your tv I figured that would work) it didn't. Next time I tried all of them but it was 12:01 when I clicked the first one to start, didn't work. Then I tried one sim right at 12:00 midnight. That didn't work either. I'm tired of staying up so I'm stuck!

I finally passed this one...I started the movie at 10:30 so it finished at midnight and it worked;)
